Three Ten Cartier Place is available year-round at rates that fluctuate seasonally. Rates are based on double occupancy with a surcharge for each additional person. Please see the chart below:

A damage and cancellation deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking and is refundable within 14 days notice of reservation cancellation. Please note that your suite is on the third floor and there is no elevator in this building.
