What is a Certified Balloon Artist? A Certified Balloon Artist (CBA) in an individual who works in a Qualatex Balloon Network (QBN) member business, who has demonstrated their knowledge and ability of balloon work , and has passed with excellence , a large series of written exams followed by the 4 hour CBA Exam administered by a panel of balloon professionals. CBA Designers are proven experts and use only the finest quality products. They make ongoing training and education a priority in their business, uphold honorable business practices, and promote professionalism in the balloon industry. |

We attended IBAC 16 (International Balloon Artists Convention) in Las Vegas, Nevada and along with 1600+ worldwide delegates we attended balloon upgrading courses. The Qualatex Balloon Network (QBN) is a worldwide conglomerate of balloon professionals, who through continuing education, bring to our clients high standards in all balloon decor and arrangements.

About us : 99 in the Shade Balloons & More began in 1998 that "we built from scratch" after many months of research & without any outside funding. We take great pride in knowing that we built our business on our own ~ little by little ~ but still was build by us, on our own! We did not purchase an existing business and we expanded into a storefront in 1999. 2008 Celebrating 10 Years! January 2008 We are currently updating our website to include other offerings! ~ Keep checking back often! 2007 August 2007 we relocated to a warehouse operation to better serve our ever expanding internet party supplies division. We will soon be offering even more kids party themes ~ instock! 2003 March 2003 we relocated to Harbour Quay ~ at more than double the size of our last location! Stop by soon and see our large selection! We have also expanded our Wedding Department and Party Supplies Department. We carry over 50 styles of pinatas including licensed cartoon characters and seasonal! 2000 In the spring of 2000, we relocated to the Adelaide Shopping Centre at more than triple the space of our old location! With over 19 years retail experience, ten of those from owning her own business, customer service is definately a number one priority. With ongoing balloon training, First Class Service courses, Superhost, etc we have been formally trained to help give you the best customer service we can
We began offering Balloon Stuffing, the largest selection of balloons & original balloon arrangements as well as pursuing our Certified Balloon Artist certification. We have continued to grow & expand our professional balloon business into giftware, greeting cards, wedding supplies, party & wedding invitations, over 99 kids party themes, streamers, candy, gift baskets, plush, baby giftware & baby shower supplies, custom bows, specialty pastas, cake toppers, twisting supplies & books, balloon gift wrapping, baby announcements, etc. We also offer corporate promotions as well. |
