have recently moved into a large office building to accommodate our
ever-growing online sales operation.
Our
web and mail order fulfillment center is located in
Port
Alberni BC, Canada
Sorry,
these warehouse facilities are not open to the public.
We
tried to cover as many general questions under our Store
Policy.
Please

Orders
received outside of our regular business hours will be processed
asap on our next business day.
HOLIDAY
HOURS
Please
note we will be closed for holidays from November 25 until December
15, 2009
All
orders that are complete and prepaid by November 23 4pm PST will be
shipped by November 24, 2009.
Orders
placed during the time that we're closed will be processed on
December 16 & the next shipping date will be December 17, 2009.
