SHIPPING FAQS All of our party and wedding supplies are shipped from our retail location in Canada! PRICING: All prices including shipping quotes are in Canadian Currency. SHIPPING: F.O.B. Port Alberni. Shipping charges are extra. Inexpensive freight rates are important to us. We work hard to bring you the most efficient rates. Shipping is based on actual size/weight of the parcel to the destination. The method of shipping is agreed to with the customer at the time of order placement, to meet the date required. All merchandise leaves our warehouse in good condition. We cannot be responsible for delays or damage that occurs in transit however caused. Where damage occurs claims must be made directly to the carrier within 3 business days after receipt of merchandise. Shipping methods used are : ~ Canada Post Expedited Ground Parcel ~ Canada Post Expresspost Parcel ~ Canada Post Priority Courier TAXES: All prices exclude taxes. G.S.T (5.0%) & P.S.T (7.0%) are extra (where applicable). PAYMENT METHODS: In Canada, Visa or Mastercard. All orders shipped require a completed Credit Card Authorization Form with authorizing signature returned via FAX prior to shipping. We must receive and process your completed authorization form via FAX by 11AM PST the next business day as we may only hold your items for a limited time. DELIVERY TIMES: All times are only approximations and are not guaranteed. All freight rates and prices are in Canadian Dollars ($CAN). RETURNS & REFUNDS: No returns or refunds will be accepted. All orders are a final sale. If a parcel is refused or no one is available at time of delivery attempt(s) and the parcel is returned to our retail location, there is no refunds or credits. TERMS: C.U.P. (Cash Upon Purchase). No purchase orders or cheques are accepted. We do not ship COD. SUBSTITUTIONS & BACK ORDERS: We do not back order. Otherwise we will ship as complete as possible to accommodate the date the order is required by. SPECIAL ORDERS: Prepayment is required before the order is placed. No cancellation of any special or custom orders. SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges will be added to our order based on the actual size/weight of the parcel at time of packaging. Parcels will be shipped via Canada Post using a trackable method only. All shipping includes insurance. Why does the Billing and Shipping addresses have to be the same? : The increase in identity theft and credit card fraud has forced us to make this a requirement. If you are paying by credit card you will need to have parcels shipped to the address that the card is registered under. If you would like to ship your order to a different address you will need to pay by using a Canadian Post Office Money Order in Canadian Funds. You must send your Canada Post Money Order via Expresspost envelope and we will ship your items once received. SHIPPING OUTSIDE CANADA: We will happily ship orders to the USA. For shipping to the US, prepayment is required via International Post Office Money Order in Canadian Funds only (any other currency will be returned to you) Once your order is packaged and weighed for exact shipping, we will forward the totals for you. The shipping method via Canada Post Expedited USA and Xpresspost USA include insurance and tracking. WAREHOUSE PREPARATION: We ship all orders the same business weekday (Monday - Friday) if we receive/process your payment by 11am PST. After this time, your order will be processed and released for shipping our next business weekday. Orders are only held for 1 business day while awaiting your payment authorization form, after this time, orders will be returned back to stock. DO YOU HAVE A PRINTED CATALOGUE: As party themes change very frequently, it would be too costly for us to run a printed catalogue. If there is a theme that you are searching for and do not find it on our website, please email us and inquire as we are always receiving new themes as it can take up to one week to have it shown on our website. ORDER TRACKING: You will receive a tracking number with your emailed copy receipt.
