To all whom it may concern: Greeting and Health.

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.

Daughter of Sunset Oasis is a Body of O.T.O. (Ordo Templi Orientis) located in the valley of Vancouver.

Being an Initiatic Order, O.T.O. is dedicated to the purpose of providing initiations into the mysteries of existence, encouraging candidates to find the true expression of their souls and blossom in the understanding of the purpose of their lives.

We are a group of initiates, men and women, united in our quest for peace and wisdom. Willing to explore the lore of our Order, advance in Light, and Wisdom, grow in Beauty, Courage, and Wit, we announce that our Oasis, the Daughter of Sunset, is Joy of the Earth that wakes up the Spirit of the Sun, the inspiration toward the Highest.

We are chartered to initiate from O° through III° of O.T.O., which are celebrations of the adventures of the human soul passing through the experiences of Incarnation, Birth, Life and Death, where a candidate is instructed how to rule his or her life toward Liberty.

A ceremony, regularly performed in the Oasis and open to the public, is the Gnostic Mass. The Mass is an ecclesiastical ritual where the mysteries of creation are celebrated through a dramatic interplay between a priest and a priestess. It is also a symbolic representation of the Great Work, a transmutation of an individual through understanding of his or her Will.

Our solemn weapon, the canon of our inspiration, is The Book of the Law (Liber AL). This manuscript, received by Aleister Crowley in 1904 e.v., proclaims the beginning of the New Aeon, and announces Truths of such order which contribute to the emancipation of the world by giving keys for the liberation of every individual.

Every man and every woman is a star. (AL I,3.)

There is no law beyond Do what thou wilt. (AL III,60.)

For pure will, unassuaged of purpose, delivered from the lust of result, is every way perfect. (AL I,44.)

… existence is pure joy … (AL II,9.)

Love is the law, love under will.
