Imagine the perfect West Coast scene

peaceful strait, with islands in the background, and mountains in the far
distance.
Now imagine the perfect Vancouver Island
vacation property – private, with tall trees, eagles overhead, otters playing
on the shore (it has to be on the water, of course), salmon fishing at your
door, water warm enough for swimming, a place to moor your boat (or yacht).
