INSPECTION
You are welcome to walk over the property, but I would appreciate it if you don't disturb the tenants on the adjoining property. Below is a rough sketch of the property. The lot on the right is for sale.
As you look at the sign, the eastern boundary is about ten metres to your left. If you walk ten to 20 metres to your right, and look into the trees, you'll see the end of a road, now somewhat overgrown (indicated by dotted lines on the sketch).. Walk down the road, and you'll see seismic tape (orange, as I recall) marking the eastern boundary of the property. (The X's on the sketch indicate the tapes marking the boundaries.) As the sketch shows, the road is mostly on the property that is not for sale, but you can walk down it until it joins the main driveway. Please don't go down the main driveway. At that point there is a trail going into the property that is for sale, and if you follow it you'll come to the eastern boundary. Keep going to the other (west) boundary, and you will find a trail leading to the water. Once you have a feeling for the layout, you can walk back to the road along the western boundary.
Note there is a gazetted road along the western boundary. It is unlikely this road will ever be put through.
