It is with the deepest sorrow that I have to announce that John (Jack) Dudley Flamank passed away after a sudden and short battle with leukemia on August 27, 2003 in Kelowna, British Columbia.  He was 77 on August 3.  All of his family was with him during his passing and they all felt that they were so blessed to have him as their father. 

A memorial service was held Monday, September 1 at St. Michael's Church in Kelowna.  He his survived by his wife Alvina, 4 children, 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

I will certainly miss our emailed chats back and forth across the Atlantic and my thoughts and prayers go out to Alvina and the family.
