Our back lawn stretches to a bank, and down a ravine.
We enjoy many visits by birds, and quails.
On the right you can see our in-ground trampoline.
The level entry basement features two separate entries.
On the left (not pictured) is an upper level with a little vegetable garden in the back,
and extra parking alongside the house.

The view from our house is magnificent, and ever changing.   Kalamalka Lake is on the left,
Okanagan Lake is on the right. 
We often have people stop on our street to take pictures.
Both floors of our home have a lovely view.


Each spring our bank is covered with irises and wild flowers.
Just below are 7 full grown fruit trees, all part of the property.


The upper kitchen is large and spacious, featuring a large sky light, and connected to a family room full of light and overlooking the valley.  There is a separate eating nook, as well as a place for bar stools.  This is in addition to our formal dining room.

The downstairs suite is spacious and bright, with a large living area, kitchen,
huge bedroom with walk-in closet, and a private full bath.

The downstairs kitchen is bright, has an outside entry, and wonderful view.  Lots of cupboards, and an eating area. 

The bedroom in the suite is very large, a picture can't do it justice.  Has a large window, large walk-in closet, and plenty of space for extras.


The Master bedroom features a bay window, incredible view of it's own, walk in closet, and is connected to a six-piece bathroom. 


the master bedroom ensuite features a jacuzzi tub, a separate shower and two sinks. 

Also downstairs is a large bedroom, with a full bathroom close by, and separate entry way.  Perfect for guests.
