| After a long flight
from the West Coast of North America the weary visitors were met at Bergen
Airport by Helen Mowinckel-Nilsen, war-time leader of the Bergen MILORG,
and by Kjell and Merete Harmens. They were taken to the country house of
Helen's son Tore where they were to stay and met Tore and Eva Lis. After
a welcoming snack the group drove into Bergen to visit a section of a Bergen
Cemetary for World War II Allied casualties, then Helen's nearby museum
of the MILORG, before returning to the country house for relaxed visiting. |
