Exterior painting such as houses, condos, fences, decks, sheds and such are no problem. This professional spraying system gives a nice finish and can handle most tasks. Pressure washing the exterior first is an option, and I have an 18 foot extension wand for reaching tough areas, plus having a gutter cleaning gooseneck add on, I will clean the gutters as well at no additional charge. Here are some recent photos, some painted and some I have yet to finish in the complex I live in. The cedar is rather old and it has been many years since it was last painted. I took over for the previous crew after their dismissal.

Interior painting will be done with brush and roller; a brush to cut in along walls and ceilings, and roll the rest. The roller attachment fits into the gun and allows more coverage area to insure the job is done well, but also fast so you don’t have your place tied up for long.

Pressure washing of the building exterior cleans off not only dirt but loosens off old flaky paint before painting the wood, which was done in the photos shown
