Pricing:

1 bedroom apartment (living room, dining room, hall and bedroom) = from $50

Stairs = $1.50 each

Area rugs = Please call. Depends on material (Persian wools for example require special attention as they sometimes use natural dyes that will bleed if cleaned)

On average, it works out to $10 service call plus $10 per room with most furniture moved and replaced with plastic under the feet to stop bleed and rust. Furniture that sits flat on the floor is best not moved due to wood stains possibly leaching out. China hutches and the like should be emptied before I arrive if you wish to have those moved.

Some restrictions to pricing will apply depending on size and staining.

3 seat sofa = $40 (add $10 per additional seat)

Loveseat = $30

Armchair = $20

Kitchen Chairs = $10 each
