Clover is a carpenter gnome and invented wonderful things for the Woodland Folk such as little scooters for tortoises to help them win races, and an elevator to access four new cozy gnome apartments in an old elm tree. Clover is often seen with an apron or pencil behind his ear. His outfit includes the traditional red and white striped stockings and bent-over red cap of the Woodland gnomes. He wears wooden clogs.

Cowslip is the bravest gnome residing in Woodland. He always wanted to fly, and eventually with the help of Firebrand the Blacksmith, gets to do just that. Cowslip always carries a large knife in a special leather case attached to his belt and wooden clogs. His outfit also includes the traditional red and white striped tights of the Woodland gnomes.

Danneilla is a very old elder who left the Gray Elves who are healers residing in the Ancient Grove. She has great knowledge of the powers of the White Elves (fairies). She left the Ancient Grove to Quest. Unlike most female gnomes (and just like Naida) Daneilla wears leather pants. She also wears felt boots and can disappear without being noticed. She has grayish white eyes and hair and pink cheeks. She lives alone in a very large old tree where animals come who require her healing. Danneilla passes to Naida her gift of White Elf healing knowledge.

Firebrand

Firebrand is a blacksmith who lives in the Gnome Village located in Woodland. He is often seen wearing a bent-over cap, singed by dragon flame, that he uses in his trade as a blacksmith. Firebrand has a red beard, mustache, eyebrows and hair. He is most often pictured wearing his leather apron, wooden clogs and the famous red and white striped tights of Woodland. Firebrand wears a hoop earring in his left ear. He is field marshal of the gnome army of Woodland.

Franz is known as the black gnome of Woodland. Franz was kicked out of the Gnome Village in Woodland for his wicked deeds. He wears black clothing including black and white tights. He also prefers the famous wooden clogs of Woodland. Franz always wore a black patch over his left eye and was often seen with a quiver of arrows. He has a black mustache and eyebrows however his hair and beard are white.

No picture available Golg is a gnome from Bism a world a thousand fathom under the Underland. He is described as a grotesque yet funny looking gnome. He had a sort of ridge, like a cock's comb (only hard), on the top of his head, little pink eyes, and a mouth and chin so large and round that its face looked like that of a pigmy hippopotamus. He could squeal like a pig and bite if caught.
