Our Prayer Chain was formed in 2000. Since then we have had on the average of two prayers per week. We have seen many miracles, as well as some sadness for God – like any good parent – sometimes says “No, not this time my child.” We have had a lot of positive feedback from those for whom we pray and most of them tell us what a comfort it is to know that they are being prayed for daily. We try to have a meeting four times per year to update each other on the prayers but do continue to pray until we hear otherwise. It doesn’t matter where you start in the chain as we do our best to insure that the prayer will go around quickly. You may start the prayers by telephone or, if you see a member of the Prayer Chain at Church, you can talk to them there. It may be a good idea though, to write it down for the member since memories are short and we like to get it right.
