Rules and Regulations for Atom Football |

| 1. There are only 10 players on the field at a time. | |
| 2. Games are to be played on a half field. (50 yard line to end zone) | |
| 3. Games are based on 5 plays per team. (We have 5 plays; the opposing team has 5 plays, etc) | |
| 4. No score or stats are recorded. | |
| 5. There are no formal referees. (Note: Parent volunteers may be needed to referee) | |
| 6. One coach from each team allowed on the field. | |
