Ashley Quinlan

Interests: Fashion, skipping, kickball, winning can drives, arguing with Spinelli.

Info: Ashley Q is probably the most competitive of the Ashleys. You wouldn't know it by looking at her, but she is a very powerful kickball player. However, her main focus is scheming with her friends in their clubhouse.

Memorable moments: Getting a 'funny' valentine, playing a reindeer in the Christmas play, beating Vince in kickball.

Menlo

Grade:4

Interests: Organizing, collating, structuring, paperwork, and Ashley A.

Info: Menlo is a very organized child, who makes very few mistakes in the office. There was a time though when Menlo was the terror of the playground, until he was "Principal for the day". His life changed forever. Menlo desires to be "one of the gang" however he truly feels safer in the office, working hard.

Memorable moments: Being partners with Randal to rule the playground, losing all the balls in the school through a paperwork error, carrying Ashley A's books home.

Ashley Tomassian

Grade:4

Interests: Quietly planning with her friends, fashion, suntanning, looking at boys.

Info: Ashley T is a very quiet member of the Ashleys. The only time the students hear her voice is when she is doing an evil laugh or yelling the trademark "Scan-dou-lous!". She may be quiet on the outside, but she is an sneaky girl on the inside.

Memorable moments: having Spinelli as a personal slave, dressing up their kindergarten student for the derby, dressing up Gretchen to make her look like some dumb kid, painting Ol' Smokey the school bus.

Upside-down Girl

Grade:4

Interests: swinging upside-down, hanging upside-down, ..pretty much doing anything upside-down.

Info: Upside-down girl loves what she does and does NOT like to be disturbed. If she has to come down for anything, it better be for a good reason.

Memorable moments: Actually being rightside-up to play Ojimbo, hanging with Gretchen, collecting food for the can food drive, having her hair messed up by a very bored Ashley A.

Ashely Boulet

Grade: 4

Interests: Thinking up "Scandolous" ideas to play on others, being fashionable and letting others know that they are not, dressing ugly cats in pretty baby clothes.

Info: Ashley B has to be the most evil of the four girls known as the Ashleys. She loves to pull mean pranks on others, especially Spinelli. Do not cross this girl or you will pay for it in more ways than one.

Memorable moments: Signing up Spinelli for the Little Miss Blush Beauty Pageant, trying to steal the 3rd St.treasure, getting hit by a muddy dodgeball during picture day.

Francis (The Hustler Kid)

Grade: 4

Interests: Placing bets, making deals, charging 'bleeding hearts' extra, short string paddle toys.

Info: If you are looking for something, the Hustler Kid will find it...but for a price. He will take any opportunity, any event, to make a bet. He is always in the thick of things. But surprisingly, he is very in tune to the good of the playground. (eg. Hustling for canned food for the Food Drive.) He will not sell anything that will get a student in trouble (eg. False hall passes). He may be a hustler, but he is a good kid too....just don't spread it around.

Memorable moments: losing his contact "Fingers" to the "Gusler Kid", losing to Mikey BIG TIME at the Kindergarten derby, thanks to Tubby.

Digger Dave

Grade: 4

Interests: Digging, dirt, tunnels, bossing people around.

Info: Dave, much like his partner, loves to dig in the playground. However, unlike his counterpart, he is very bossy. He seems to know how to do anything, and likes to let people know it. In his mind he is being helpful, but instead he is driving others nuts. When he and Sam broke up, the playground was a mess with holes and angry people. Despite Dave's bossiness, he also give Sam focus. They make a good team.

Memorable moments: Teaching Upside-down Girl how to hang properly, teaching Swinger Girl how to swing properly, teaching everyone to do everything properly..

Swinger Girl

Grade: 4

Interests: Swinging, swinging, swinging.

Info: Swinger girl is a student who loves the motion of the swing; going her back and forth in the air. After years of practicing, she has developed wicked upper body strength. Her ultimate goal: to swing over the top. There are many theories about the Swinger Girl's beliefs. (eg. eating her desert first during lunch). However, it is unsure whether this is fact or the rantings of a crazy Spinelli.

Memorable moments: Joining Lawson's new group, leaving Lawson's new group, Spinelli creating a cult based on her ideals while she was off on vacation.

Phil

Grade: 4

Interests: speaking to the Lone Wolf at night, roasting marshmallows, basket weaving.

Info: Phil is a member of the Woodchuck Scouts. He wears his scout uniform pretty much all the time. He is the only member of the Woodchuck Scouts in his area, because it made him feel special, however he soon let Gus and Mikey join the club, by the request of its founder, Edmund P. Edmonton.

Memorable moments: Meeting Edmund P. Edmonton, founder of the Woodchuck Scouts, sharing a bag of trail mix with Mr. Edmonton.

Guru Kid

Grade: 4

Intetests: Giving sacred advice to the kids of the playground, peace and happiness, Winger Dingers.

Info: Guru Kid is a spiritual and peaceful child who possesses the ability to pass along advice to the kids of the playground. Unfortunately, he is always blabbing secrets. If there is a question you need answered, his soft spoken attitude is just the solution...."NEXT!"

Memorable moments: Having his hair cut by TJ and Vince, taking a break from his routine and letting Spinelli take over a while, blabbing the truth about who started the food fight.

Gordie

Grade: 4

Interests: Video games, long socks, but not TJ.

Info: Gordie is a classmate of the recess gang. Unfortunately, he is the ONLY person who does not like TJ. Despite TJ's attempts to change his mind, he just does not like him...it is unsure why...he just doesn't.

Memorable moments: TJ getting him in trouble just so they could be friends, being shown some of the secrets of Third St. School , by TJ, such as the ice cream supply, and Room 51.

Gelman

Grade: 5

Interests: Picking on people who are smaller than him, which is just about everyone.

Info: Gelman is the biggest kid at Third St., and he is the biggest bully too. Then one day he started to pick on Gus. Gus stood up to him and proved that the kids will not stand for it anymore. He may be a big bully on the outside, but in the inside he is a sad child. He was once left behind from going to the State Fair, because his Old Man "Don't believe in fairs." However, despite being a bully, Gus helped him go anyway.

Memorable moments: Being stood up to by Gus, being taken to the State Fair by Gus, being threatened with the "Don't Feed the Gelman" trap...made by Gus.

Spencer

Grade: Kindergarten

Interests: "Spencer Eat Paper!"

Info: This young child is a terror among the playground...but aren't all Kindergartners? Spencer has proven to be a real handful though, even for his grade, as TJ found out during Buddy Day. (TJ is still trying to get his hat back from him)

Memorable moments: Spraying water on some kid with the fountain, kicking the marbles all over the place and making the "big kid in crown" fall down, making his teacher's life a living nightmare.

Hector

Grade: Kindergarten

Interests: Being safe, walking home with Safety Man (Gus), shiny things.

Info: Hector was the terror of the Kindergartens, however since Buddy time with Gus (Safety Man), he has learned to be a safer child. Unfortunately he still has to learn to avoid the Dodge Ball court.

Memorable moments: learning how to be safe, getting hit on the Dodge ball court by the Grade 5's, safety man coming to his rescue.
