The house is within 20 minutes of Courtenay/Comox, restaurants, theatre, recreation centres, golf at the gorgeous Crown Isle Resort, boating, fishing, beach combing, shopping, a wide variety of artists and workshops, summer festivals for both young and old, world-class spa facilities at the renowned Kingfisher Spa and Resort a mere five minute drive away, summer hiking trails to tempt every skill level on Mt. Washington, wonderful skiing in the winter.

 

About the House

It's fully furnished with sleeping capacity for 8.

It features hardwood floors in the living and dining rooms (open concept), two large bedrooms, a 4-piece bathroom, large windows from which to admire the view, a lovely, working kitchen and French doors leading onto a huge deck.

The main floor contains a family room, laundry facilities, a 3-piece bathroom and another bedroom with French doors leading to a sitting area outside.  TV, DVD, VCR convection oven and gas BBQ are included.

Both floors have ocean views and access to the yard. The house is located on a corner lot adjacent to a park with peaceful and well-maintained walking trails.

Beach access is found across the quiet road. Both the north and south ends of the road are used primarily by the residents of this enclave so it's perfect for biking, blading or just walking.

The property has a number of fruit trees - help yourself!, raspberry bushes, goldfish 'pond', backyard porch, and many quiet areas to just sit, admire the view, read a book or dream. This is truly a magical place!

Bedding and towels are not supplied. Beach shoes are recommended for beach walking and shell-collecting. Pets will be accepted on approval. No smoking indoors please.
