Nobi Iso is one of the best friends that I have worked with while on Aprilia.

Richard always knows how to make people feel good. Now if we could figue out how to get the team mate for us to show up even if we have the team shirt……….lots of shots of the team…….. always getting the bikes just a bit more power……

Graham always running around thinking how we can get just a bit more power……OK and wish like hell I was doing the riding slower than Nobi but always a big smile…..
