Sleeping area with a queen bed can be made more private by using a screen which can be folded back to have a larger living room. In the LR photo, the sleeping area is shown without the screen in position.

For LESS than month -
Bookings of less than one month during the Summer Season may be available at the following rates. Please inquire about availability.
Minimum charge is 7 nights
Weekly $550. Each additional night 1-6: $80/night
3rd person additional charge $5 night, maximum charge $100 (20 nights)
Effective October 1st thru April 30th - Minimum charge is 7 nights
Monthly discounted rate -
$1250 single or $1450 double per month or per 4 weeks if not calendar month.
For bookings of less than 1 month: Minimum charge is 7 nights
Weekly rate -
Single $450. Each add'l night: $65/night
Double $525. Each add'l night: $75/night
3rd person additional charge $5 night, maximum charge $100 (20 nights)
For all bookings a Post departure cleaning fee $50 per stay is collected on arrival. If the booking is more than one month, there is an additional $5 for each full week after the first month.
