Security Deposit - $500.00 non-refundable deposit to secure the week that you are renting.

Rental Balance - $1,100.00 due and payable 30 days before your rental week $500.00 for June and September.

Damage Deposit - We do not take or expect a damage deposit. We expect our guests to treat our cottage like their home. Any damage caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the renter.
