I was born in England where I learnt the Australian style of cake decorating, using these beautiful sugar paste flowers and rolled fondant icing.

 

I have made many cakes over the years, pictures of my work have been published in North America and I have won International Gold and Silver medals for competition work.

 

All of my cakes are custom made for my clients , together we choose the colours, the flowers, the design, and the flavour.
