The Crossroads Conference is unique in that it is initiated by students. Thus, the management, organization and logistics of the conference are done by students as well, with the suggestions and advice of the Advisory Board.

There are many opportunities for you to get involved in the Crossroads Conference.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, dedicated and committed individuals who are seeking to gain experience by taking part in the events before, during and after the Conference.

You will be able to meet and work with students your age from different schools, different walks of life. You will gain experience in management, coordination and organization, that will be valuable as you consider post-secondary education and future careers.
