Gel-coat Finishes

 

COLOR AND CUSTOM GEL COAT FINISHES
 All production hulls are finished in high gloss white gel coat. Colors, Custom and Super Custom finishes can be specially ordered. Custom and Super Custom gel-coat hulls are extremely time consuming and are only done during the cooler months of the year. When ordering a custom hull, the order must be done well in advance.

 This is a one-man-operation and maintaining the high quality hulls does take time.

Colors may vary slightly in shade. AC offers basic colors of red, orange, yellow, and blue but from time to time, limited runs of different colors are available. You will have to contact AC Models and check on available colors.

(Windows and windshields are gel-coated while the hull is in the mold. Window and windshield effects can only be done during the cooler months of the year)

Please be advised that AC may not be able to complete a custom hull for you until the following year and that may depend on the current waiting list. I have made this decision to increase production of the complete line of AC hulls while maintaining the high quality of standards that my customers have come accustom to.
