• Visa/Mastercard credit card is required.
• A deposit equal to the first night's rate, plus tax, is due 14 days from the date of booking.
• Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• A security deposit of $500.00 is required upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Between 14 days from booking and 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit of the first night's rate, plus the tax will be forfeited.
• Inside 30 days of arrival, full payment will be forfeited.
• Customers should purchase Reservation Cancellation Insurance if they are unsure of the level of commitment of fulfillment of the reservation for their protection.

Unit Guidelines

• More than the maximum number of people allowed for units is prohibited.
• No Smoking or Pets in unit at anytime.
• Guidelines posted in unit must be adhered to.
• Any excessive cleaning required due to abuse of customer, an additional cleaning charge will be deducted from the damage deposit given.

***If unit guidelines are disregarded then High Country Vacations Ltd. reserves the right to cancel reservation or evict guest with no refund issued.***
