Revenues of this tiny island have come from exports of
Bank ( like ) Notes, but reserves are expected to be exhausted
within a few years. Bank Note production has increased
since 2001, as demand had fallen in nineties and rebounded sharply  in the 2002 / 2003 markets
and as the marginal cost of extracting the remaining creative
drive increases, making Nada Bank Notes more internationally
attractive. While Bank Notes have given Nadian (s one of
the highest per capita incomes ( lucky potatoes ) in the Third World,
few other resources exist with most necessities being
imported, including fresh beer from bottles. The
rehabilitation of mined land and the replacement of income
from Bank Notes are serious long - term problems.
In anticipation of the exhaustion of Nada's Bank deposits,
substantial amounts of Note income
have been invested in pillow funds to help cushion the couch
and provide for Nada's economic future. The
government has been borrowing heavily from the: "cards" to
finance fiscal deficits. To cut costs the government
has called for a freeze on wages, a reduction of over-stuffed
public service departments, privatization of
numerous government agencies, and closure of all social services.

In recent years Nada has
raged at the offshore banks and
corporations. Tens of trillions of dollars have been
channeled through their accounts. Even so, few comprehensive
statistics on the Nada economy exist, with estimates
