how we work for you

Our clients work one-on-one with the designer to cut the confusion and to build a great working relationship. Our attention to details is as important as the design process. To begin, we ascertain information on your company and to determine your graphic design requirements. We also take a look at any existing marketing material that you may have. Following this, we put together a rough draft of design ideas and present them to you for your approval. Once approved, we will also give you an estimate of your project costs, a contract is signed and a deposit of 50% of the estimated total project cost is made. The down payment is held in an escrow account^[1] until the completion and release of the completed work and is then applied to the final cost. During project development it is our policy to keep in touch with you all the way through the design process! Upon completion and approval, the final payment is made and the prepared artwork is released to you by uploading it to your ‘Client Access Area’ where you can then download it. We guarantee that our clients get the design that they want!!

$50.00 per hour - ($50.00 minimal set-up)

(While some smaller projects are charged at an hourly rate most graphic design projects are arranged in advance and determined with a contractual price.)

All assignments are treated individually and with the utmost confidentially. No job is ever considered too big, or too small!

Our rates are market competitive and tailored to individual clients and their projects. Please note that when indicated the ‘set-up fee’ includes the first hour of work and is the base rate charged for a particular service. If help is required on a regular basis we also offer monthly retainer options at an agreed upon rate.

The turnaround on small orders is usually within a day or two. Large jobs take longer. Work is accepted by e-mail, post, fax, digital audio recording, or if you live in the vicinity of our office you can drop off the work. Completed work will be delivered via e-mail, or posted in the “Client Access Area” to be downloaded. Clients will be given a password to access their download page in the Client Access Area. Extra charges apply to cover costs of processing and shipping of CDs or DVDs , hard copy, or Thumb Drives by regular mail.
