| This observing
chair is a knockoff of Jim Fly's "Cats Perch". I did not have
any plans so it is my interpretation from his photographs.
The seat may be positioned
very low or quite high for use at my dobs. The footrest acts as a step to
get up to the seat when it is in it's high position.
The chair is very stable
and will not collapse as the legs are locked in place with the lower
brace. The seat and footrest locking is very positive and both will not
fall down if bumped the wrong way as some stools do.
The chair is made from
solid red oak.
