Wow! Snow today! Snow snow snow snow snow! On the news they were just covering all the insanities of the season, which include people losing control over their cars at 20 clicks. It's insane. Anyway, after tramping to organ practice and back, my brother and I went outside to play. Well, he made snowballs for later and I carved a snow sculture because it was about 2 degrees out, making the snow wet and sticky. I did it differently than the last one I made, making this one out of a packed pillar of snow instead of building from the bottom. So, I made Eric, the blue-haired futuristic-green-armoured flamethrower-toting machine-gunner, and he turned out quite well. I took pictures, and I'll post some as soon as his 'official artwork' arrives here...
Flairé: That'll take a while... a loooong while...
Or when Dad downloads the pictures and gives them to me. Whichever comes first. Okay?

These pictures are so bad I cringe. I tried Link at a 3/4 view with his hat, and a profile without his hat. Ouch. He's smirking, isn't he? He's smirking. And his eyebrows are completely nutty. The one on the right has eyelashes - interesting. I'll leave the rest alone, but I hate it. At least he's recognizable as a humanoid being, which is more than you can say for the pictures I drew before the first one on this site.

On Zelda news, I have put the first chapter of the revised (and slightly better) Ocarina of Time story I wrote in the writing section. I'm so embarrassed. >_<7 I feel that this story is so clichéd by now that I shouldn't write it in the first place. But, I shall persevere! (strikes pose, then falls on face) I hope I get to the sequel soon. The sequel is not quite so hackneyed. I hope I get to the Fire Emblem stuff, too, which is a bit better, although I have to rewrite a lot of that too. I hope I get to the modern Zela stuff!

Related to the Zelda story, I have a POLL to announce! After reading the revised version of Timeless Ocarina, I figure I should tell you it's a bit different (more sense-making, I think) than the original. But, do you also want to read the original? Nah, you don't, do you? Anyhow, tell me before the end of, oh, February 10, and I'll take the most popular route.

I kept some of my favourite images from the first draft, such as 'jump in a river'. Work has been started on Chapter 2: The Giant Arachnid, which should be a dead give-away as to the plot (hey, let's not read the story; we get the ultra-condensed version just by reading the chapter headings!) and I think I'll try to get it done by, say, Saturday. I also added brief bios of some of the important characters to the characters page.

Chasing the Sunset has another new page up! Who wants to hope that their massive disturbance - moving to a different country - has settled and they are definitely back to their regular schedule? Yay!

I'm putting lots of links on this page! They're fun! Most of them are pretty useless! Yesterday I did a major check-up on my site and fixed a lot of things. The differences should be unnoticable.
