and Finrod are the best looking of the Children of Finarfin, as well as the
most famous and the most central. So la di da. Pretty hair.Today is Sunday, and you know what that means. After surviving to the Lord's Prayer before getting faint and having to sit down (argh stupid fainting), my brother and I took the bus to downtown and he played Warhammer at the shop (lost, apparently, but had fun) and I went shopping at A&B Sound and bought the soundtracks of The Two Towers and Return of the King on CD with a gift card I was given about six months ago. That completes my collection. I also saw Corpse Bride on DVD, but I'd rather get Nightmare Before Christmas. I found the soundtrack for that, which is half the movie anyway. For my taste. Yay. I also saw Dragon Booster: Episodes 1-4 on DVD, but four episodes for $17??? That's insane! I know that Yu Yu Hakusho does it too, so it's not uncommon, but it's too much. TV is overrated anyway. None of the North American shows I've heard of keep my excited interest for more than about six months. Dragon Booster does better than most, though. Skyland is actually not as good, plotwise. Enough about that, more about shopping.
Next I went to the comic book store across the street from GW and bought Tsubasa Vol. 2 and 3, which is great because now I'm only missing 4 before 5 (which is the first one I bought). They did not have 4, but they did have the soundtrack CD#4. However, I decided to wait on that since I'd spent enough money. Vol. 3 goes up to almost the end of the Ryonfi world. I have a bit of trouble, since the pictures are so action packed and some bits are translated differently (what are Amen'osa? Where did the Miteshu go?) and there are a lot more cute faces.
