These two characters are from a story that I wrote based on a dream I had. Dreams give me a lot of inspiration because they have way better plots than stuff I make up consciously. That's kind of scary. Anyway, the kid on the left is Shell, and the strange elfy woman on the right is named Keesh but I've never drawn her correctly. I've drawn her twice, which says something (for instance, that I'm not really caring if I get her right or not...). Two things that really annoy me - her chest ALWAYS ends up being too big, and her hair is too long here.

The story is called No One Cares About Heaven and Earth, which is a rather odd title that has almost nothing to do with the story itself. The story itself is rather odd and has about only half to do with the dream - because my dreams, plottish though they may be, are often too strange to transfer direct to paper. I remember some other odd scenes to do with the country's royalty, and their prejudice against wizards was explained in a sort of 'voiceover' fashion, and I left out a lot about the soccer players. However, the stuff about the fossil, the Royal Guards, and the evil bunnies are all in the dream. I don't know why I dreamed about evil bunnies. I wasn't going to UVic, and the UVic bunnies aren't evil, just prolific. So anyway, it's a really weird story.

Today I went to church and I didn't faint! I think it's because I've been hauling several kg of books all over the countryside. Mom thinks it's because I had porridge. o_O7 Whatever you like. I went through a box in my room yesterday and got rid of a lot of junk, including several silverfish. Ugggghhhh. And I saw my old friend Alex in the bookstore. She's taking writing.

And I'm sorry, but for the next week or so my pictures are going to be sub-par. It'll be made up for later, don't worry. And I am going to get the next chapter of Zelda up, but it needs a bit of thought because I haven't worked on it in the past week and I need to remember all my little ideas.
