Jay Springs Ranch has  supplied the Kamloops, B.C. area with the finest quality grass fed, free-range lamb for over 40 years and our family is proud of the reputation our lamb has earned. 

Our naturally raised Jay Springs Lamb is available at Farmer's Markets in Greater Vancouver and Kamloops.  Schedules for our Farmer's Markets are posted here.  Individual lamb cuts and freezer packages are available at our markets, for delivery or for pick up at the ranch. Jay Springs Lamb is packaged as individual cuts at a Canadian Food Inspection Agency inspected processing facility, and sold frozen. Our lamb is also available as large freezer orders, custom cut and wrapped to your personal preferences. 

With increasing demand for naturally raised food, we have joined with  a select group of like-minded family farms in the BC Interior to sell their lamb under our Jay Springs Lamb label.  You can meet some of our fellow lamb producers here.  Good lamb ranchers can produce good beef too!  We are now working with Dominion Creek Ranch to help market their beef.
