Jolly's Lamb Ribs

Place ribs in a baking pan with about an inch of water covering the bottom of the pan.

Season with seasoning salt and garlic (2-3 crushed cloves) or sprinkle generously with garlic powder.

Loosely cover pan with lid or tin foil.

Bake Ribs for about 2 hours in 325°F oven.

Remove ribs from pan. Remove excess fat and liquid from ribs (store the liquid). Return ribs to pan and cover with the following sauce and cook with a loosely covered lid for another couple of hours.

To the liquid from the ribs add:

½ cup Soya sauce

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup ketchup or tomato sauce

¼ cup vinegar  (option)

More garlic - if needed

Stir ribs a couple of times while cooking to coat all the ribs with sauce.

This is the basic recipe. For more sauce I double the recipe; just be careful with the vinegar.  For dryer ribs, cook uncovered.
