My name is Barry Jennings and as your instructor at this For-The-People HTML course I would like to warmly welcome all of you. This course will run for four classes on consecutive Sundays and will be taught in the TechTalk room on the For-The-People site.

Before attending the course, please don't forget to read the course introduction which has all the information you need to get started. In the course introduction you will be asked to download a textbook (ascii text format) which contains much of the background material for the course. I highly recommend that you read chapters 1 and 2 of the textbook prior to attending the course. Also, the introduction explains the new concept of a classroom blackboard. Please read the instructions carefully. I ask that you go to the classroom blackboard after entering the classroom by using the following link:
