We are collecting information from women and their families regarding Women's Centres in communities around BC. If you can take some time to fill out the form below, please do so.

Please note that information provided to us may be used publicly as part of our campaign to save Women's Centres from closing. If there is confidential information you do NOT want shared, including any identifying details, please DO NOT include it. However, we are interested in your stories, and hope to be able to use them to let the public and the government know how much women and their families need community-based Women's Centres.
