There is an additional option for the purchase of furniture, building materials and tools.

Furniture

Special feature of the property are 2 antique bedroom sets and a separate antique dresser located in the living room.

One of the bedroom sets (the white one) was featured on the furniture show in 1933 in Vienna.

The other bedroom set (a maple one) was restored in yr 2000 by an old furniture restaurer.

Building material

It would be very hard to list all building material which is available.

There are lots of wood beams and planks - in total of 6 m3!

Also, there are many clay roofing tiles, rebars for concrete work, elements for proffesional building of scaffolding.

Tools

There is also a lots of tools needed for the maintenance of the property like:

• ladders (many / different lengths)
• hand tools (showels, rakes, forks, prybars, ....)
• big, strong table saw with planer attachment
• lawn mover
• etc.
