Q : Where do I park when I arrive?
A : There is a reserved parking spot for our unit in the underground garage. We will provide the garage door code as part of our check-in package before your arrival. The clearance height for the underground parking is 7'6".
Q : I will be arriving with guests in a second vehicle. Where can they park?
A : Some guest parking is available in the underground parking garage.
Q : Do I need to bring my own towels?
A : Towels are provided for each guest. However, we recommend bringing a beach towel for use with the hot tub.
Q : Do I need to maintain the hot tub?
A : No. The hot tub is maintained daily by our property management company.
Q : What supplies are provided in the kitchen?
A : Spices, kitchen towels, paper towels, saran wrap, foil, dish soap, dishwasher soap, pine-sol, windex, napkins. . . . . . . . and, of course, all the dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, and utensils to make a gourmet meal!
Q : When will I receive my access code to the front door?
A : We will send you a check-in package a few days prior to your arrival. The check-in package will have your customized front door access code, the garage door code (for vehicles), directions to the condo and emergency check-in information. It is important that you print out the check-in package and bring it with you.
