Here's an interesting article about the USA. Keep reading all the way to the end, because some of the biggest shockers come last. It kinda makes me wonder where Canada would place in some of these statistics, being the liberal socialistic democracy that we are. |

The sad thing is that Americans pay more per capita than any of the countries about them.
Canada isn't far behind in the per capita rankings, though. If they don't do something about these wait times in most of the provinces, something really, really bad is going to happen.
...then again, when all those young professionals, who've been avoiding signing up to go to Iraq/Afghanistan, graduate - they'll be looking for a nice SAFE country. Maybe that'll improve Canada's healthcare system.
