For this basement organization/redesign project we needed to create zones for both the children and the adults.  We accomplished this by creating:

·        A large play area for the kids with toys organized and tucked away in easy to manage bins.

·        A cozy and comfortable area for the family to hang out, watch television, or play video games. 

·        A comfortable nook for Mom to rock the baby while watching the children play or read to the kids.

·        An organized area for Mom to enjoy her scrapbooking hobby and the kid’s to do crafts.

There was no rhyme nor reason to this basement bike repair shop. By adding shelving along an entire wall, we were able to organize bike parts by item and house them in labelled bankers boxes and plastic bins for easy retrieval.

This kitchen had very little cupboard space to house baking goods and cooking spices. By adding inexpensive plastic baskets and organizing them into categories (cooking spices, baking spices, etc.) and labelling them as such makes retrieval and clean-up a breeze.

We created a little niche in our client's backyard for her to unwind, read, or enjoy an afternoon siesta.
