Before putting their apartment condo on the market, our client asked us to provide them with a detailed Home Staging Report so they could implement our ideas and stage the home themselves.  By adding splashes of color, window treatments, and accessories, the home felt more cozy and inviting.

Before putting this home on the real estate market, the exterior needed some freshening up. The view from the living room windows were obstructed by overgrown cedars. By cutting and reshaping them, it not only improved the aesthetics of the home's exterior, it made the living room much brighter and open. To create a welcoming entry, we removed the metal screen door, painted the storm door and added new hardware and a brass kicker plate. The paint color on the wood siding was very dated and showing signs of wear and tear, so we painted the entire exterior a fresh and updated paint color.

This home had a beautiful sunroom feature that was being used as the family catch all. We created a little sitting area where one could enjoy their morning coffee and in the other corner, a small art studio.
