Council encourages all owners to participate in Pre-Authorized Payments, click on the above link to download the form.
Please Note: The form must be received by Pacifica First Management Ltd no later than the 20th of the month preceding the start date.

KENSINGTON HOUSE is located across the street from Central Park's Pitch'n'Putt golf course, walking distance to Patterson Skytrain, public library, Metrotown and Recreation. Opened in 1976, 15 stories, 80 units, 7 member council, resident caretaker, indoor pool, saunas, recreation room, shared laundry. Parking spaces are assigned by the Strata Council upon the sale of a suite. There is a waiting list for the top and middle levels. Please read our Bylaws carefully.

Included in the Strata maintenance fee: property management, live-in caretaker, domestic hot water, hot water heat, building and grounds maintenance, etc. - please see Financial Statements for complete details. Completed Projects: Intercoms 1989, Roof 1991, Plumbing 1994, Garage Suspended Slabs 2001, Exterior Concrete Repair 2005, Phase 1 Exterior Membrane Repair 2012, Recreation Area/Pool Repair 2012.
Kensington House also offers all residents a choice of three Television Services: Shaw Cable, Telus TV or Bell ExpressVu Satellite.

Strata Lot Alterations/Upgrades - Please click here for a copy of the Assumption of Responsibility which must be completed and returned to Pacifica First Management. Strata Lot Alterations must be approved by the Council prior to commencing the work. Failure to get approval may result in a fine against your Strata Lot and, in extreme cases, could result in the reversal/removal of the improvement.
