March 16, 2003 Mini Rally

Hosted with the BMW Car Club of BC

Designed as a Training Rally to spark interest in Classic TSD; this full day Rally took place in Aldergrove & Fort Langley.  Lunch was held at "The Fort Wine Co." where we we joined by the BC Classic Car Club.  The rally consisted of 7 course traps and 15 timed checkpoints of which 1 was canceled because we could not get our rally crew to it in time. The rally also had 1 Monte Carlo Section.  Below is a brief description of the traps:
Trap 1(off course) - OPPORTUNITY Trap
Trap 2(off course) - OPPORTUNITY Trap
Trap 3(off/on course) - ONTO Trap (Teams got either a ON or OFF course depending on how they came through)
Trap 4(on course) - HONEST Trap (This was to ensure no shortcuts were taken)
Trap 5(off course) - ONTO Trap
Trap 6(off course) - OPPORTUNITY Trap
Trap 7(off/on course) - ONTO/AT Trap (Teams came by twice. The second time under "at" they got an on course)

Combined Results In Order Of Place

It should be noted that cars 4 and 15 were very close.  They each zeroed 8 checkpoints and scored 1 on 6 checkpoints.  I had to go to the seconds to decide their placing.  If you want a .pdf of your results sent to you by email please email me a request.
