SPONSORS

Sponsors are always wanted.  With sponsorship you get your logo and link on our web page and your logo on the rally documentation. The goal of the rally is to try and use the entry fees to cover the rally costs.  A small portion of sponsor money may be required to cover some costs.  The intention is to use the sponsor money as a donation to Charity.  Donations will be made under the sponsors' names so that they can benefit from a tax receipt.  Sponsor monies will used to cover setup costs until they are replaced by entry fee funds.

Sponsors who wish to contribute products such as, Car Care Items, Champagne, Trophies, etc. are always welcome. If a surplus of entry fees occurs the extra funds over float recovery will be donated in the name of those who have donated products.

PRIMARY SPONSOR

This sponsor gets their name incorporated right into the rally.  Preferably an auto manufacturer, this sponsor will determine the "Sponsored Class".  This is a class that supports the marquee's of choice under 25 years of age.  The primary sponsor is given certain VIP privileges and every attempt is given to promote them.  The Primary Sponsor is expected to make a healthy donation of which the majority is given to Charity and subject to a tax receipt.
