Boulder Beach Cabin is situated on the southeast shore of Quadra Island with views overlooking Marina and Cortes Islands and the Coast Mountains. ( For more on Quadra Island go to www.quadraisland.ca ). The interior is an an open concept plan with bathroom. Facilities include a 3-burner stove, small fridge, toaster oven, microwave oven, kitchen counter and sink, on demand hot water, queen size bed, wood stove plus electric heat, small tv with dvd player and a cd player/radio. The bathroom contains a sink, toilet and tub ( with sit-down shower head ). There is a deck with BBQ and a bench by the ocean to watch the tides and the world go by. Keep a look out for eagles, porpoises, dolphins and orca whales. You can launch your kayaks at medium to high tides or just poke around on the beach when the tide is out. The sunrises and moonrises are spectacular.
