Fasach-Falroid

The blasted wastes of Fasach-Falroid are marked by the dreary fortresses of the Hillmen of Rhudaur, those tribes that have fallen beneath the dread influence of the Iron Crown. Sworn to the Witch King, the Hillmen of the region gather within their fortified towns and villages, waiting for the call to strike out against the lands beyond Angmar.

Donnvail

One of the larger Hillmen settlemnets, Donnvail is the seat of the Silent Judge. Amongst the Hillmen, the Silent Judge traditionally fills the role of neutral arbiter of disputes between the tribes, a position of honour, respect and great influence. Unfortunately, the position has been tainted by the hand of the Witch King, and the current Silent Judge is a man of deep bias, endless ambition, and greed. Donnvail is accorded a good deal of autonomy and influence in Angmar as a result of the Judge's influence and importance in keeping the Hillmen tribes bound to the Iron Crown.
