Throttle Cable Cover (plastic cover)
2 bolts - 7/32"
 

Throttle Cable Plate
2 bolts - 1 is 3/8"
              1 is 1/2"
 

Throttle Body
4 bolts - 3/8" (a short extension helps here)
 

EGR To Throttle Body
2 bolts - 1/2"
 

Upper Intake Manifold
7 bolts - 5 are 1/2" *
              1 is a T40 torx **
              1 is a stud with a 7/16" nut holding a bracket, then the stud itself is 1/2" deep

  * The 5 bolts are: 2 in front, 1 right center, 1 left rear, and 1 on the support on the left side. (this is looking at the engine from the front
      of the vehicle)
** Due to limited clearance, I used a T40 bit, put it in a 1/4" drive 1/4" socket, taped them together, then attached a 6" and a 4" extension.

2 bolts - 5/16"
