Spring 2002 Update

From the Common Ground Annual Report...

Goals & Achievements in 2001-2

Visions & Priorities

or the entire Annual Report as a pdf (big file 1.8 mb)

Common Ground's long-term plan is to create a  Regional Atlas through mapping our region's history and its ecological, social and economic assets. We are initiating this process by joining the International Green Map System, presently working in over 100 cities throughout the world. (See greenmap.org

Our neighbourhood, regional and schools work will include gathering the data from local citizens to make a city-wide print and web-based Green Map for 2002.

Neighbourhoods and schools are also creating their own mapping projects which Common Ground will support on an on-going basis through GroundWorks and mapping workshops. Contact us if you want to get something started and to find out what others are up to!
