What Type Of Wireless Modem Do You Have?

In order for your TELUS support person to more effectively assist you with this problem, we will need to know exactly which modem you have connected.  Over the years, TELUS has supplied our clients with several different brands and models of modems.  Each modem has different login interfaces and unique characteristics.  So that we can better help you with your issue, can you please have a look at the images below to identify the make and model of your TELUS supplied modem.

  • If you are unsure where to find your modem (if a TELUS Technician installed it), it may be located near your electrical panel in your home.
  • Some modems may be tilted 90 degrees (vertical) so they are not laying flat (horizontal) as the images above may show.
