These types of resistors are "ALL Custom Made to Order" to your Specific Sizes and Specifications.

Rarely do these manufacturers have any existing stock and If you order these new, they will charge you a Set-up charge per resistor value, as well as the cost of the resistors, Plus Shipping charges.

If you consider all the Billions of possible values in these high value resistors, as well as the many tolerances from .1% to 20% and the various Temperature ratings in "PPM", You will understand why this is.
I'm sure all the resistors below are either 100 ppm. or 200 ppm., but not sure which are which.
