There was a Circuit on the internet that is Designed to Compensate for the 02 Sensor on Newer Cars.
But it HAD SOME ERRORS and No Circuit Board for it!
I have Corrected these errors and designed a Circuit Board it.
Although I have only Bench Tested this device, I have now recieved feedback from "Three Persons" who have installed this in there vehicles and they say: "It WORKS Good".

Save Money! Eliminate S1, the 6 position rotary switch.
Solution: This switch is only used to set the range and than its Not Needed as a switch. So just use a Jumper wire until you get the correct range, than Solder in a permanent link (Wire Jumper) to the Correct position.
This will also be MORE Reliable with No chance of Corrosion on this part.
However S2 Should be installed as it may be needed at times!
NOTE: My Correction to an Omission in the D17.PDF Article. First Apply Power to the Circuit, But before adjusting this, You MUST WAIT 2 Minutes, MINIMUM.
This gives time for the 470uF Capacitor to Charge up, Allowing the MSPA14 transistor to function so the LED Can Light. If you Don't Wait the 2 Minutes, you Can't Calibrate this circuit.
An Etched and Drilled PCB is Available from me if Required. Possibly most of the parts as well.
Experiment, Have Fun And Enjoy.
