The M-250 UPDATE.
The M250 Power Amplifier Circuit Board was designed from the Revised Schematic I obtained on Sept 26 2004.
I Believe it is Correct, "But Time Will Tell".
Currently One Person is Building this amp using my Board and he found one Error on it.
This Error has been Corrected on the board posted Here.
As Soon as he Completes and Tests the amp for any other errors, I will Update the board as needed and also is article.

I Designed this Circuit Board for another perso that requested it.
And Although I believe it is Correct,
I ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY for Any Errors Or Omissions.

So Far it has "NOT" been Built or Tested, AS FAR AS I KNOW. So it is up to you to determine they are OK.
When I have Confirmentation on there being correct, I will post that info.
Personally, I feel The HydroStar Project is a Big Joke and although it will generate hydrogen,
I Extremely Doubt it will produce Any Significant quantities with a Reasonable Input Power.
